Beneficiary selection criteria:
Individuals or families who meet the conditions of Article 4, point 1 and who have the following specifications are given priority:
a) families who certify that they have not benefited from Law No. 7652, dated 23.12.1992 "On the privatization of state housing";
b) families where the head of the household is a widow or divorced woman;
c) single-parent families with dependent children;
ç) elderly people who have reached retirement age and who are not selected for shelter in public social care institutions;
d) individuals with disabilities who enjoy the status of blind person of the first group, paraplegic or tetraplegic invalid, work invalid and invalid of the National Liberation War;
dh) families with many children;
e) young couples with a total age of up to 55 years;
ë) families that have changed their place of residence for employment purposes;
f) individuals with orphan status from the moment of leaving orphanages or care centers until the age of 30.
DOCUMENTS THAT BENEFICIARIES WILL SUBMIT TO THE RELIEF OFFICE
Based on V.K.M. no.53 dated 26.01.2005 “On the determination of the necessary documentation, deadlines and procedures to benefit from housing from social rental housing programs”, article 11, beneficiary families continue the application by submitting to the housing office, in the Municipality, the following documentation:
a). The applicant's birth certificate and family status certificate.
b). Proof of residence in the Municipality where housing is requested or a residence permit, for families who have moved from other areas of the country.
c). Certification of the family's net income.
ç). Relevant documentation from the employer regarding the applicant's job and income and that of other family members who are in an employment relationship.
d). Document from tax and social security authorities for the payment of contributions, when one of the family members is self-employed.
dh).Certificate from the assistance and care office at the Municipality, for family members included in the economic assistance and payment program for people with disabilities.
e). Certificate from the employment office of the relevant local unit, for persons included in the unemployment payment program.
ë). Certificate from social security bodies, for retired persons.
f). Certification from the Real Estate Registration Office that the family or any of its members do not own a dwelling or any premises that can be used as such.
g). Certification from the Real Estate Registration Office for the surface area of the property owned by the family or any of its members, when the dwelling has a surface area below the applicable housing standards.
gj). Certification from the Real Estate Registration Office of the country of origin that no property is registered, which can also be used for housing, for families that have changed residence for employment purposes.
h). Official document of the celebration and personal certificates. For the purpose of calculating age, for young couples.
i). The court decision, which leaves the child or children in charge, for divorced couples.
J). The relevant certificate from the institution where he/she was sheltered and the orphan's booklet, issued by the authorized state institution, for individuals with disabilities, who are treated according to letter "d", of article 5, of law no. 9232, dated 13.05.2004, "On social programs for housing residents of urban areas".
V.O. The documents must be submitted to the Housing Office within 30 days from the date of the announcement of the list. Failure to complete the above documents, as well as the declaration of even a false document, based on Article 12 of the aforementioned V.K.M., deprives the beneficiary of the right to be treated with social housing at low rent or cost.
