The applicant's birth certificate and family status certificate.<\/p><p>b). Proof of residence in the Municipality where housing is requested or a residence permit, for families who have moved from other areas of the country.<\/p><p>c). Certification of the family's net income.<\/p><p>\u00e7). Relevant documentation from the employer regarding the applicant's job and income and that of other family members who are in an employment relationship.<\/p><p>d). Document from tax and social security authorities for the payment of contributions, when one of the family members is self-employed.<\/p><p>dh).Certificate from the assistance and care office at the Municipality, for family members included in the economic assistance and payment program for people with disabilities.<\/p><p>e). Certificate from the employment office of the relevant local unit, for persons included in the unemployment payment program.<\/p><p>\u00eb). Certificate from social security bodies, for retired persons.<\/p><p>f). Certification from the Real Estate Registration Office that the family or any of its members do not own a dwelling or any premises that can be used as such.<\/p><p>g). Certification from the Real Estate Registration Office for the surface area of \u200b\u200bthe property owned by the family or any of its members, when the dwelling has a surface area below the applicable housing standards.<\/p><p>gj). Certification from the Real Estate Registration Office of the country of origin that no property is registered, which can also be used for housing, for families that have changed residence for employment purposes.<\/p><p>h). Official document of the celebration and personal certificates. For the purpose of calculating age, for young couples.<\/p><p>i). The court decision, which leaves the child or children in charge, for divorced couples.<\/p><p>J). The relevant certificate from the institution where he\/she was sheltered and the orphan's booklet, issued by the authorized state institution, for individuals with disabilities, who are treated according to letter \"d\", of article 5, of law no. 9232, dated 13.05.2004, \"On social programs for housing residents of urban areas\".<\/p><p><em>V.O. The documents must be submitted to the Housing Office within 30 days from the date of the announcement of the list.
