te qendrueshem, rritjen e mundesise per perzgjedhjen e\u00a0 transportit publik, si dhe rritjen e cilesise se jeteses nepermjet shtimit te hapesirave publike te nje cilesie bashkekohore.<br \/>Rikonceptimi i rruges se plazhit duke zvogeluar brenda standarteve ne fuqi dimenisonin e karrexhates (ne kete menyre ulet dhe shpejtesia e levizjes se makinave, duke qene se plazhi ka nje intensitet te larte te levizjes se kembesoreve) e kjo siperfaqe e hequr nga rruga i ka kaluar ne funksion vendosjes se korsise se bicikletave ne te dyja anet e rruges.<br \/>Ne keto projekt jane trajtuar ujrat e bardha,gjelberimi ,ndri\u00e7imi rrugor,sinjalistikat horizontale e vertikale dhe shtresat rrugore jane projektuar sipas standarteve Europiane.<br \/><br \/>Objektiva e qellime te ketij projekti jane:<br \/>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Promovimi i transportit urban te integruar<br \/>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Rikualifikimi i\u00a0 hapesires urbane ne nenkalime, rikompozimin i shesheve dhe riperdorimin i tyre.
