Projekti i ri, q\u00eb do t\u00eb rivler\u00ebsonte identitetet e shkuara p\u00ebrmes\u00a0\u00a0 nj\u00eb imazhi t\u00eb ri, t\u00eb nj\u00eb peizazhi t\u00eb ri urban.
Riprojektimi i Sheshit qendror \u2013 sheshi Liria \u2013 prej shum\u00eb koh\u00ebsh nj\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00eb ku zhvillohet jeta publike, p\u00ebrb\u00ebn nj\u00eb rast t\u00eb favorsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr konsolidimin e nj\u00eb procesi t\u00eb nisur dhe destinuar p\u00ebr kualifikimin e nj\u00eb organizmi t\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00eb urban e metropolitan. N\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet k\u00ebtij aktiviteti qyteti i Durr\u00ebsit k\u00ebrkon t\u00eb komunikoj\u00eb imazhin e nj\u00eb qyteti n\u00eb l\u00ebvizje, aktiv.
Kesaj teme i shtohet edhe ajo q\u00eb rrjedh nga kushti i nj\u00eb sheshi q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb pashmangshm\u00ebrisht hap\u00ebsir\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsimi funksional dhe simbolik i nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebrie multikulturore, p\u00ebrve\u00e7se multifetare, ku shfaqen gjurm\u00ebt e nj\u00eb t\u00eb kaluare dhe t\u00eb nj\u00eb t\u00eb tashmeje t\u00eb pasur e komplekse, shprehje e nj\u00eb bashk\u00ebsie t\u00eb ndryshme e t\u00eb gjer\u00eb, si n\u00eb stilet e jet\u00ebs ashtu dhe n\u00eb sjelljet individuale e kolektive.
Ky projekt i jep k\u00ebsaj hap\u00ebsire rolin e rivendosjes s\u00eb lidhjes mes pjes\u00ebve t\u00eb ndryshme t\u00eb qytetit, p\u00ebrmes rikuperimit t\u00eb trajtave t\u00eb kujtes\u00ebs urbane, pa harruar t\u00eb tashmen por duke e p\u00ebrqendruar v\u00ebmendjen n\u00eb vendet q\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebjn\u00eb imazhin e aksit e t\u00eb vet\u00eb qytetit.
Qellimi i\u00a0 pergjithshem eshte:

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Rivleresimi i sheshit nga nje siperfaqe parkimi masive ne nje spot te rendesishem urban.
