Me q\u00ebllim integrimin paq\u00ebsor t\u00eb emigrant\u00ebve n\u00eb territorin prit\u00ebs duke promovuar k\u00ebshtu kultur\u00ebn e mikpritjes dhe jo t\u00eb diskriminimit apo racizmit, Bashkia Durr\u00ebs n\u00eb partneritet me Bashkin\u00eb Katerini – Greqi, Bashkin\u00eb Wattrelos – Franc\u00eb, Bashkit\u00eb Gornja Rijeka dhe Breznicki Hum – Kroaci, me kat\u00ebr shoqata si dhe Universitetin e Durr\u00ebsit \u201cAleksand\u00ebr Moisiu\u201d, \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb faz\u00ebn e zbatimit t\u00eb Projektit \u201cREACT\u201d, t\u00eb financuar nga Programi Komunitar i Bashkimit Evropian \u201cEvropa p\u00ebr qytetar\u00ebt 2014-2020\u201d (Europe for citizens 2014-2020). Ashtu sikurse shum\u00eb partner\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb, Bashkia Durr\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb aktive dhe n\u00eb projekte t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb lidhur me menaxhimin e pritjes s\u00eb par\u00eb dhe integrimit t\u00eb imigrant\u00ebve n\u00eb vendin prit\u00ebs (Projekti IN.TO.EU). \u00a0<\/p>

Projekti REACT i cili do t\u00eb zbatohet n\u00eb nivel lokal dhe europian, p\u00ebr periudh\u00ebn Janar 2017 \u2013 Dhjetor 2018, synon t\u00eb krijoj\u00eb nj\u00eb network nd\u00ebmjet qyteteve nga vende t\u00eb ndryshme t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb me q\u00ebllim zhvillimin dhe p\u00ebrhapjen e qasjeve t\u00eb ndryshme mbi integrimin e emigrant\u00ebve si dhe luftimin e \u00e7do forme stigmatizimi apo diskriminimi duke mb\u00ebshtetur \u201cAgjend\u00ebn e re Evropiane mbi Migrimin\u201d (2015). Tema e k\u00ebtij projekti \u00ebsht\u00eb relevante ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht p\u00ebr t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb q\u00eb do t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshihen (si ato q\u00eb kan\u00eb lindur n\u00eb BE dhe ato q\u00eb kan\u00eb lindur jasht\u00eb BE-s\u00eb) kryesisht student\u00ebt, por gjithashtu edhe grupe t\u00eb tjera si pun\u00ebtor\u00ebt, an\u00ebtar\u00eb t\u00eb shoqatave dhe grupeve t\u00eb ndryshme lokale. T\u00eb rinjt\u00eb do t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshihen n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet rrjetit (network-ut) ekzistues n\u00eb nivel lokal\/komb\u00ebtar (bashkit\u00eb, shkollat dhe agjenci t\u00eb tjera edukuese, shoqatat apo OJF-t\u00eb), qasjeve t\u00eb ndryshme t\u00eb tilla si takimet parap\u00ebrgatitore, newsletter-at, websitet e \u00e7do vendi partner, masmedia etj. \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>

Ky projekt ka nj\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb, pasi do t\u00eb shk\u00ebmbehen eksperiencat m\u00eb t\u00eb mira nga vendet per\u00ebndimore si Suedia, Franca, Italia, Belgjika lidhur me menaxhimin e \u00e7\u00ebshtjeve t\u00eb emigracionit, kryesisht luftimin e \u00e7do forme t\u00eb stigmatizimit dhe diskriminimit kundrejt emigrant\u00ebve, promovimin e kultur\u00ebs s\u00eb respektimit t\u00eb t\u00eb drejtave t\u00eb njeriut, mikpritjen dhe dialogun nd\u00ebrkulturor n\u00eb nivel lokal, duke krijuar k\u00ebshtu forma t\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunimit afatgjat\u00eb dhe forcimin e nd\u00ebrveprimit midis qyteteve dhe institucioneve t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb.<\/p>

P\u00ebr m\u00eb tep\u00ebr gjat\u00eb zbatimit t\u00eb k\u00ebtij projekti, partner\u00ebt do t\u00eb hartojn\u00eb nj\u00eb manual mbi m\u00ebnyrat e ndryshme p\u00ebr t\u00eb luftuar t\u00eb gjitha format e diskriminimit dhe racizmit. Dokumenti do t\u00eb prezantohet dhe do t\u00eb diskutohet me administrator\u00ebt lokal\u00eb dhe politik\u00ebb\u00ebr\u00ebsit e qyteteve partnere dhe t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb gjat\u00eb eventeve nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare t\u00eb projektit, duke i nxitur pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsit q\u00eb t\u00eb luajn\u00eb nj\u00eb rol t\u00eb plot\u00eb n\u00eb jet\u00ebn demokratike t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb.<\/p>
