Synohet qe sistemi te bazohet ne nje permiresim te cilesise te paketave turistike te destinuar ndaj tregut , dhe mbi te gjitha ne ruajtjen dhe zhvillimin e burimeve kulturore, natyrore dhe historike .<\/p>\n<p><strong>Paketat e Punes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Eksperte te fushes te turizmit dhe mjedisit, Lokal , Kombetare dhe Nderkombetare do te perfshihen ne :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>rritje e kapaciteteve institucionale ne plotesimin e kritereve te Instrumentit para aderimit ne BE ( IPA 2007-2013) ne manaxhimin administrativ dhe financiar te Projekteve ne nivel Nderkufitar dhe Nderkombetar ,<\/li>\n<li>Studim mbi produktin e ri Turistik bazuar ne &#8220;zhvillimin e qendrueshem &#8221; dhe promovimi i Programit te evenimenteve Kulturore ne nivel Nderkufitar ,<\/li>\n<li>Komunikim dhe Plan Marketingu ne web-side -in e perbashket te Projektit ( zbatimi i sistemit Booking online ) ,<\/li>\n<li>Krijimi i nje data base te ri te aktoreve perfshires ne fushen e turizmit ,<\/li>\n<li>Programi i zhvillimit te Produktit Turistik per Durresin ( program i hollesishem me analize SWOT , percaktimin e aksioneve per zgjidhjen e problematikes , ruajtjen dhe promovimin e vlerave te qytetit dhe zbulimin e burimeve produkteve dhe sherbimeve te reja Turistike ) ,<\/li>\n<li>Analize mbi mundesine e nderhyrjeve te vogla ne restaurimin e monumente dhe pasuri kulturore arkeologjike ne qytet ,<\/li>\n<li>prezenca dhe pjesemarrja e aktoreve perfshires ne turizmin kulturor ( arti figurativ, dance dhe musik dhe traditat etnografike te qytetit ) ne evenimente te zhvilluara ne shtetet partnere te Projektit .<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Takime dhe Evenimente :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>trajnime me operatore turistike ose media te turizmit ,<\/li>\n<li>takime lokale me aktore te perfshire ne data base e turizmit , perfaqesues te produktit burimeve dhe sherbimeve turistike ne qytet.
