Ky plan \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb faz\u00ebn e hartimit nga studio projektuese (Joint Venture) Dogma, Latitude Platform, Milan Ingegneria, dhe Studio B&L, e cila ka firmosur kontrat\u00ebn me Qeverin\u00eb Shqiptare dhe Bashkin\u00eb Durr\u00ebs, pasi \u00ebsht\u00eb shpallur fituese e konkursit p\u00ebr hartimin e Planit t\u00eb P\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm Vendor t\u00eb Durr\u00ebsit, Vor\u00ebs dhe Shijakut, konkurs i zhvilluar nga Qeveria Shqiptare n\u00eb fund t\u00eb vitit 2015.<\/p>\n
