Programi Rajonal p\u00ebr Demokraci Lokale n\u00eb Ballkanin Per\u00ebndimor (ReLOaD) financohet nga Bashkimi Evropian dhe zbatohet nga Programi i Kombeve t\u00eb Bashkuara p\u00ebr Zhvillim (UNDP) n\u00eb gjasht\u00eb vende t\u00eb Ballkanit Per\u00ebndimor, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb: Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb, Bosnj\u00ebn dhe Hercegovin\u00ebn, Kosov\u00ebn* (T\u00eb gjitha referencat lidhur me Kosov\u00ebn duhet t\u00eb kuptohen n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje t\u00eb plot\u00eb me Rezolut\u00ebn 1244 (1999)), ish-Republik\u00ebn Jugosllave t\u00eb Maqedonis\u00eb, Malin e Zi dhe Serbin\u00eb. Q\u00ebllimi i p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm i programit ReLOaD \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb fuqizoj\u00eb demokracit\u00eb pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebse dhe procesin e integrimit n\u00eb BE n\u00eb Ballkanin Per\u00ebndimor, duke e fuqizuar shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb civile q\u00eb t\u00eb jet\u00eb pjes\u00eb e proceseve t\u00eb vendimmarrjes si dhe duke kontribuar dhe mund\u00ebsuar nj\u00eb mjedis ligjor dhe financiar inkurajues p\u00ebr shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb civile.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Q\u00ebllimi specifik i k\u00ebtij programi \u00ebsht\u00eb fuqizimi i bashk\u00ebpunimit nd\u00ebrmjet nj\u00ebsive t\u00eb pushtetit lokal dhe shoq\u00ebris\u00eb civile n\u00eb Ballkanin Per\u00ebndimor, duke inkurajuar zbatimin e modelit te suksessh\u00ebm t\u00eb realizuar n\u00eb Bosnje dhe Hercegovine lidhur me financimin e organizatave t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb civile (OSHC) nga buxheti i pushtetit lokal ne p\u00ebrputhje me prioritet lokale<\/span><\/p>\n

Programi ReLOaD do t\u00eb promovoj\u00eb sinergji nd\u00ebrmjet nj\u00ebsive t\u00eb pushtetit lokal dhe OShC-ve duke kontribuar n\u00eb rritjen e cil\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb jetes\u00ebs n\u00eb rreth 50 nj\u00ebsi t\u00eb pushtetit vendor n\u00eb gjith\u00eb Ballkanin Per\u00ebndimor t\u00eb cilat priten t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshihen dhe t\u00eb ken\u00eb p\u00ebrfitime direkt n\u00eb procese vendimmarr\u00ebse, gjith\u00ebp\u00ebrfshir\u00ebse dhe transparente. Programi do \u00eb zbatohet p\u00ebr nj\u00eb periudh\u00eb 36 mujore. ReLOaD n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri pritet t\u00eb zbatoj\u00eb rreth 50 projekte t\u00eb OSHC-ve n\u00eb 12 bashkit\u00eb\u00a0 partnere dhe t\u00eb ofroj\u00eb sh\u00ebrbime t\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsuara dhe t\u00eb shum\u00ebllojshme p\u00ebr qytetar\u00ebt q\u00eb marin sh\u00ebrbime n\u00eb k\u00ebto bashki.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Bashkia Durr\u00ebs dhe programi ReLOaD fton t\u00eb gjitha Organizatat e Shoq\u00ebris\u00eb Civile (OSHC-t\u00eb) n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri q\u00eb t\u00eb paraqesin projekt-propozime q\u00eb jan\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me objektivat zhvillimore t\u00eb bashkis\u00eb Durr\u00ebs dhe jan\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me prioritetet e p\u00ebrcaktuara m\u00eb posht\u00eb:<\/span><\/p>\n

1. P\u00ebrfshirja dhe integrimi social i personave me aft\u00ebsi t\u00eb kufizuar\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

2. Forcimi i demokracis\u00eb vendore kryesisht n\u00eb nj\u00ebsit\u00eb administrative rurale<\/span><\/p>\n

3. Fuqizimi ekonomik i grave dhe t\u00eb rinjve\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Shuma e fondeve p\u00ebr projektet e miratuara do t\u00eb jet\u00eb prej 650.000 Lek deri 4.500.000 Lek.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

OShC-t\u00eb lejohen q\u00eb t\u00eb dor\u00ebzojn\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb se nj\u00eb projekt propozim p\u00ebr aq koh\u00eb sa shuma e p\u00ebrgjithshme e ndar\u00eb nuk kalon shum\u00ebn prej 8.000.000 Lek gjat\u00eb gjith\u00eb koh\u00ebzgjatjes s\u00eb projektit ReLOaD (deri n\u00eb janar 2020).\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Bashkia rezervon t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn t\u00eb mos i alokoj\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha fondet q\u00eb ka n\u00eb dispozicion n\u00eb rast se projekt-propozimet e paraqitura nuk i plot\u00ebsojn\u00eb kriteret e p\u00ebrcaktuara. Koh\u00ebzgjatja e secilit projekt mund t\u00eb shkoj\u00eb nga 6 deri n\u00eb 12 muaj. Projektet e p\u00ebrzgjedhura duhet t\u00eb zbatohen n\u00eb periudh\u00ebn nga Mars \/2018 deri n\u00eb muajin Shkurt\/2019.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n
