Bashkia Durr\u00ebs, e cila \u00ebsht\u00eb partnere n\u00eb Projektin \u201cTOURISMED\u201c, financuar nga programi Interreg-Med,\u00a0 fton\u00a0 t\u00eb gjith\u00eb peshkatar\u00ebt dhe operator\u00ebt turistik\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb shprehur interesin e tyre p\u00ebr t\u00eb marr\u00eb pjes\u00eb n\u00eb aktivitetet e ardhshme t\u00eb projektit q\u00eb p\u00ebrfshijn\u00eb grupet e synuara.<\/span><\/p>\n

P\u00ebrshkrim i shkurt\u00ebr i projektit<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cTOURISMED<\/strong>\u201d \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb projekt q\u00eb synon testimin dhe transferimin e modelit t\u00eb biznesit t\u00eb turizmit t\u00eb peshkimit n\u00eb territoret bregdetare t\u00eb Italis\u00eb, Qipros, Greqis\u00eb, Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, Franc\u00ebs dhe Spanj\u00ebs, si nj\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb e promovimit t\u00eb turizmit t\u00eb q\u00ebndruesh\u00ebm, duke nxitur ruajtjen e ekosistemit detar dhe kultur\u00ebn tradicionale t\u00eb peshkimit n\u00eb rajonin e Mesdheut.<\/span><\/p>\n

T\u00eb gjitha k\u00ebto vende p\u00ebrballen me sfid\u00ebn e p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt n\u00eb gjetjen e zgjidhjeve t\u00eb reja kur flitet p\u00ebr kolapsin (shterimin) e resurseve\u00a0 te peshkimit detar, p\u00ebrkeq\u00ebsimin e sektorit t\u00eb peshkimit artizanal dhe ndikimet negative t\u00eb turizmit si \u00e7rregullimet sociale, humbja e trash\u00ebgimis\u00eb kulturore dhe degradimi ekologjik.<\/span><\/p>\n

Si p\u00ebrgjigje, objektivi i projektit \u00ebsht\u00eb promovimi i turizmit t\u00eb peshkimit si nj\u00eb praktik\u00eb e q\u00ebndrueshme e turizmit bregdetar dhe detar n\u00eb zon\u00ebn e Mesdheut. Ndryshimet e pritshme kan\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb me nj\u00eb p\u00ebrdorim t\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsuar t\u00eb resurseve t\u00eb peshkut nga peshkatar\u00ebt artizanal\u00eb, nj\u00eb diversifikim t\u00eb t\u00eb ardhurave n\u00eb sektor dhe nj\u00eb valorizim m\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb t\u00eb trash\u00ebgimis\u00eb tradicionale bregdetare dhe t\u00eb produkteve lokale detare.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Projekti do t\u00eb realizoj\u00eb nj\u00eb testim pilot t\u00eb modelit t\u00eb turizmit t\u00eb peshkimit, i cili do t\u00eb sh\u00ebrbej\u00eb si nj\u00eb mjet vler\u00ebsimi p\u00ebr t\u00eb realizuar shtrirjen e tij n\u00eb gjith\u00eb zon\u00ebn e Durresit.<\/span><\/p>\n

Kursi i trajnimit<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Ky trajnim do t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshij\u00eb peshkatar\u00ebt dhe ka si qellim q\u00eb t\u2019i informoje ata p\u00ebr kriteret e nevojshme p\u00ebr realizimin e k\u00ebtij lloj peshkimi dhe aktiviteti turistik si dhe t\u00eb implementoj\u00eb itinerare turistike n\u00eb sinergji me operator\u00ebt lokal\u00eb t\u00eb turizmit.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Modeli p\u00ebrfundimtar do t\u00eb promovohet n\u00ebpermjet website p\u00ebr subjektet q\u00eb jan\u00eb t\u00eb interesuar p\u00ebr t\u00eb ngritur nj\u00eb biznes t\u00eb turizmit t\u00eb peshkimit. Po k\u00ebshtu, nj\u00eb hart\u00eb interaktive e itinerareve do t\u00eb vendoset p\u00ebr t’u perdorur nga turist\u00ebt. Gjithashtu, do t\u00eb realizohen protokolle me institucionet publike dhe shoqatat e peshkimit (do t\u00eb n\u00ebnshkruhet nj\u00eb Marr\u00ebveshje Mir\u00ebkuptimi), n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb garantohet q\u00ebndrueshm\u00ebria e impakteve t\u00eb projektit.<\/span><\/p>\n

– Shk\u00ebmbime \/vizita \/ n\u00eb vendet e tjera partnere t\u00eb projektit (p\u00ebr peshkataret dhe operator\u00ebt e tjer\u00eb si hoteliere apo operatore tuirstik\u00eb)<\/span><\/p>\n

–\u00a0 \u00a0Testimi pilot – Udh\u00ebtime pilote t\u00eb turizmit t\u00eb peshkimit (p\u00ebr peshkatar\u00ebt).<\/span><\/p>\n

Profilet e zgjedhura, sipas k\u00ebrkesave t\u00eb percaktuara, duhet t\u00eb sigurojn\u00eb disponueshm\u00ebrin\u00eb e plot\u00eb p\u00ebr:<\/span><\/p>\n

–\u00a0 Pjes\u00ebmarrjen n\u00eb kursin e trajnimit (koh\u00ebzgjatja: maksimumi 30 or\u00eb). Periudha: Maj-Korrik 2018.<\/span><\/p>\n

– Pjes\u00ebmarrja n\u00eb vizit\u00ebn studimore 3 ditore n\u00eb nj\u00eb nga vendet partnere. Vizita studimore do t\u00eb fokusohet n\u00eb shk\u00ebmbimin e p\u00ebrvojave dhe qasjeve n\u00eb sektorin e turizmit t\u00eb peshkimit. Periudha: Shtator-N\u00ebntor 2018<\/span><\/p>\n

–\u00a0 Zbatimi i udh\u00ebtimeve t\u00eb turizmit t\u00eb peshkimit (projekti do t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtes\u00eb peshkatar\u00ebt n\u00eb pajisjen e anijeve t\u00eb tyre me mjetet e nevojshme p\u00ebr t\u00eb marr\u00eb licenc\u00ebn n\u00eb ushtrimin e turizmit t\u00eb peshkimit). Do t\u00eb jen\u00eb 4 udh\u00ebtime prov\u00eb (t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn 5 anije t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshira), duke imbarkuar nj\u00eb total prej 160 turist\u00ebsh (minimalisht). Periudha: shtator-tetor 2018.<\/span><\/p>\n

– Promovimi i itinerareve dhe pjes\u00ebmarrja n\u00eb implementimin e platforms (crowd-sourcing). Platforma do t\u00eb sh\u00ebrbej\u00eb p\u00ebr ngritjen e aktiviteteve t\u00eb turizmit t\u00eb peshkimit dhe promovimin e itinerareve dhe paketave t\u00eb turizmit t\u00eb peshkimit n\u00eb Mesdhe.<\/span><\/p>\n

– Krijimi i konsorciumeve n\u00eb lidhje me turizmin e peshkimit p\u00ebr t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetur aktivitetet e tyre.<\/span><\/p>\n
