1. P\u00ebr miratimin e ndryshimit t\u00eb VKB nr. 468 dat\u00eb 23.12.2017 \u201cP\u00ebr Sistemin e Taksave dhe Tarifave Vendore n\u00eb qytetin e Durr\u00ebsit\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n

2. P\u00ebr miratimin e rregullores p\u00ebr\u00a0 Organizimin dhe Funksionimin e Komisionit t\u00eb Apelimit Administrativ t\u00eb Taksave\u00a0 dhe Tarifave Vendore.<\/span><\/p>\n

3. P\u00ebr miratimin e ndryshimit t\u00eb VKB nr. 469 dat\u00eb 23.12.2017 \u201cP\u00ebr miratimin e buxhetit t\u00eb bashkis\u00eb Durr\u00ebs p\u00ebr vitin 2018 si\u00a0 dhe projektbuxhetin afat mes\u00ebm t\u00eb Bashkis\u00eb Durr\u00ebs p\u00ebr vitet 2018 -2020\u201d .<\/span><\/p>\n

4. P\u00ebr miratimin e fondit prej 1.303.490 lek\u00eb p\u00ebr p\u00ebrballimin e efekteve financiare q\u00eb rrjedhin nga shtimi i 4 inpektor\u00ebv\u00ebt\u00eb Inspektoriatit t\u00eb Kontrollit dhe Mbrojtjes s\u00eb Territorit pran\u00eb Bashkis\u00eb Durr\u00ebs.<\/span><\/p>\n

5. P\u00ebr ndryshimin e pik\u00ebs 1 t\u00eb VKB nr.514 dat\u00eb 30.05.2018 \u201cP\u00ebr miratimin e fondit prej 39.603.200 lek\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019u p\u00ebrdorur p\u00ebr pages\u00ebn e vler\u00ebs 4% sipas marr\u00ebveshjeve paraprake t\u00eb investimit me fshzh nr.10695 prot, dat\u00eb 18.05.2017 dhe nr.15443 prot dat\u00eb 25.08.2017\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n

6. P\u00ebr miratimin\u00a0 e kategoris\u00eb s\u00eb pag\u00ebs p\u00ebr drejtorin e p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm t\u00eb Bashkis\u00eb Durr\u00ebs<\/span><\/p>\n

7. P\u00ebr miratimin e p\u00ebrdorimit t\u00eb fondit prej 675.000 lek\u00eb, t\u00eb akorduar nga Organizata World Vizion n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, p\u00ebr\u00a0 zbatimin e projektit \u201cSh\u00ebrbime ditore p\u00ebr f\u00ebmij\u00ebt n\u00eb situate rruge.<\/span><\/p>\n

8. P\u00ebr miratimin e vler\u00ebs financiare t\u00eb shpron\u00ebsimit\u00a0 13,032,270.6 (tremb\u00ebdhjet\u00ebmilion e tridhjet\u00ebedymij\u00eb e dyqindeshtat\u00ebdhjet\u00ebegjasht\u00eb) lek\u00eb p\u00ebr pasurit\u00eb pron\u00eb private me nr.31\/130-i; 31\/130-ii; 31\/159-i, zk 8518, q\u00eb preken nga investimi \u201cRikonstruksioni i rrug\u00ebs \u201cErgys\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n

9. Miratimin p\u00ebr dh\u00ebnien me qira t\u00eb terrenit sportiv, q\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebson dy fusha tenisi me sip\u00ebrfaqe 1420 m2, t\u00eb ambjentit godin\u00eb 1kt me sip. 32.4 m2 dhe t\u00eb sip.124.6m2, q\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebson shkall\u00ebt betonarme dhe nd\u00ebrtime t\u00eb rrjetit t\u00eb infrastruktur\u00ebs (kanalizime dhe sip. t\u00eb gjelb\u00ebruara),\u00a0 q\u00eb jan\u00eb n\u00eb funksion t\u00eb terrenit sportiv, me vendndodhje n\u00eb territorin e gjimnazit \u201cLeonik Tomeo\u201d, pron\u00eb e bashkis\u00eb durr\u00ebs, p\u00ebr nj\u00eb afat 5-vjet, n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet procedur\u00ebs s\u00eb konkurrimit.<\/span><\/p>\n

10. P\u00ebr miratimin p\u00ebr dh\u00ebnien me kontrat\u00eb\u00a0 qiraje t\u00eb pasuris\u00eb nr. 45, zona kadastrale 3365\u00a0 fshati\u00a0 shetaj, q\u00eb i p\u00ebrket ngastr\u00ebs pyjore 2\/a, t\u00eb ekonomis\u00eb pyjor Rrotull, Nj\u00ebsia administrative Ish\u00ebm, me sip. 210 m2, p\u00ebr veprimtarin\u00eb \u201cP\u00ebr vendosje antene t\u00eb telefonise fikse, t\u00eb l\u00ebvizeshme, televizive, radio \u2013 komunikimit, me afat 10-vje\u00e7ar.<\/span><\/p>\n

11. P\u00ebr miratimin e dh\u00ebnies s\u00eb autorizimit p\u00ebr n\u00ebnshkrimit e akt marr\u00ebveshjes nd\u00ebrmjet Bashkis\u00eb Durr\u00ebs dhe\u00a0 subjektit\u00a0 \u00a0\u201cXheni Group Oil\u201d\u00a0 p\u00ebr\u00a0 rehabilitimin e sip\u00ebrfaqes prej 1.2ha n\u00eb parcel\u00ebn pyjore nr. 35\/a t\u00eb ekonomis\u00eb pyjore rrotull\u00a0 sipas projektit t\u00eb hartuar nga Drejtoria e Bujq\u00ebsis\u00eb, Pyjeve, Sh\u00ebrbimit Veterinar dhe Emergjencat Civile.<\/span><\/p>\n

12. Mbi shpalljen e emergjenc\u00ebs mjedisore n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e menaxhimit t\u00eb integruar t\u00eb mbetjeve urbane n\u00eb territorin e Bashkis\u00eb Durr\u00ebs.<\/span><\/p>\n
