Vendet q\u00eb ndajn\u00eb nj\u00eb rajon ose n\u00ebn-rajon detar duhet t\u00eb p\u00ebrdorin nj\u00eb qasje t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt p\u00ebr monitorimin e mjedisit, p\u00ebrcaktimin dhe vler\u00ebsimin e mir\u00eb t\u00eb statusit mjedisor.<\/span><\/p>\n

N\u00eb n\u00ebn-rajonet detare n\u00eb zon\u00ebn Adriatiko Joniane, niveli i koherenc\u00ebs dhe konsistenc\u00ebs s\u00eb disa politikave mjedisore rajonale dhe ato t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb, ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht n\u00eb vler\u00ebsimin e ndotjes nga substancat e rrezikshme, ka nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00eb zbatim t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt.<\/span><\/p>\n

Q\u00ebllimi i Projektit<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Duke u mb\u00ebshtetur n\u00eb nism\u00ebn e BE-s\u00eb EMODnet p\u00ebr menaxhimin dhe harmonizimin e t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave detare t\u00eb fragmentuara, HarmoNIA ka si q\u00ebllim:\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

– Shk\u00ebmbimin e praktikave m\u00eb t\u00eb mira p\u00ebr t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetur zbatimin e harmonizuar t\u00eb direktivave t\u00eb mjedisit detar n\u00eb rajonin ADRION;<\/span><\/p>\n

– Forcimin e rrjetit ekzistues transnacional t\u00eb infrastruktur\u00ebs s\u00eb t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave p\u00ebr t\u00eb leht\u00ebsuar hyrjen dhe rip\u00ebrdorimin e t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave detare midis vendeve q\u00eb kufizohen me detet e Adriatikut\u00a0 dhe Jonit.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Projekti synon t\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsoj\u00eb koherenc\u00ebn, midis shumic\u00ebs s\u00eb vendeve q\u00eb kufizohen nga deti Adriatik dhe Jon, midis t\u00eb gjitha Pal\u00ebve Kontraktuese t\u00eb Konvent\u00ebs s\u00eb Barcelon\u00ebs, t\u00eb protokolleve p\u00ebr monitorimin dhe vler\u00ebsimin e ndot\u00ebsve n\u00eb mjedisin detar si edhe t\u00eb leht\u00ebsojn\u00eb shk\u00ebmbimin e t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave dhe informacionit brenda rajonit.<\/span><\/p>\n

– Ngritja e nj\u00eb rrjeti transnacional t\u00eb institucioneve p\u00ebr t\u00eb miratuar nj\u00eb sistem t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt t\u00eb administrimit t\u00eb t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave p\u00ebr ndot\u00ebsit n\u00eb mjedisin detar dhe n\u00eb strategjit\u00eb rajonale, p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsuar harmonizimin n\u00eb monitorim dhe vler\u00ebsim si edhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb vler\u00ebsuar rrezikun e shp\u00ebrndarjes s\u00eb ndot\u00ebsve n\u00eb zonat bregdetare t\u00eb ndjeshme nga burime t\u00eb ndryshme ndotjeje;<\/span><\/p>\n

– P\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimi i koordinimit midis institucioneve t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshira n\u00eb zbatimin e protokollit MSFD dhe UNEP\/MAP, autoriteteve lokale, rajonale dhe komb\u00ebtare, t\u00eb ngarkuara me vler\u00ebsimin e mjedisit, menaxhimin, konservimin, si dhe institucioneve k\u00ebrkimore, p\u00ebr t\u00eb trajtuar problemet q\u00eb lidhen me shp\u00ebrndarjen e ndotjes dhe rreziqet n\u00eb zonat bregdetare t\u00eb rajonit ADRION;<\/span><\/p>\n
