Dokumentacioni q\u00eb duhet t\u00eb dor\u00ebzohet pran\u00eb Zyr\u00ebs s\u00eb Marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnieve me Publikun Bashkia Durr\u00ebs, Sporteli i Strehimit Social, dosja e \u00e7do aplikanti duhet t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbaj\u00eb dokumentacionin q\u00eb v\u00ebrteton si m\u00eb posht\u00eb vijon:<\/p>\n

a) P\u00ebr t\u00eb dh\u00ebna personale t\u00eb aplikantit:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

i. certifikat\u00eb e lindjes s\u00eb aplikantit, me p\u00ebrjashtim t\u00eb rasteve specifike kur individi\/familja nukka regjistrim n\u00eb gjendjen civile;<\/p>\n

ii. certificate of residence in the local self-government unit where social housing is required, for families who have moved from other areas of the country.<\/p>\n

b) For the verification of housing conditions, according to letter \u201ca\u201d of Article 16 of Law No. 22\/2018, \u201cOn Social Housing\u201d:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

i. certificate from the State Cadastral Agency (former Local Real Estate Registration Office of Durr\u00ebs) for the properties held in the name of each family member;<\/p>\n

ii. certificate from the State Cadastral Agency (former Durr\u00ebs Local Real Estate Registration Office) for the surface area of \u200b\u200bthe property owned by the family or any of its members, when the dwelling has a surface area below the housing standards in force;<\/p>\n

iii.\u00a0v\u00ebrtetim nga Agjensia Shtet\u00ebrore e Kadastr\u00ebs (ish zyra Vendore e Regjistrimit t\u00eb Pronave t\u00eb Paluajtshme Durr\u00ebs)se nuk figuron e regjistruar asnj\u00eb pron\u00eb, e cila mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrdoret edhe p\u00ebr strehim, p\u00ebr \u00e7do an\u00ebtar t\u00eb familjes, q\u00eb kan\u00eb ndryshuar vendbanim p\u00ebr efekt pun\u00ebsimi;<\/p>\n

iv. v\u00ebrtetim nga Agjensia Shtet\u00ebrore e Kadastr\u00ebsq\u00eb aplikanti apo \u00e7do pjestar tjet\u00ebr i familjes n\u00eb mosh\u00eb madhore nuk ka aplikuar p\u00ebr legalizim banese.(origjinale)<\/p>\n

v. verification act from the local unit for:<\/p>\n

a. housing at risk of collapse;<\/p>\n

b. cases where the family has been left homeless as a result of natural disasters;<\/p>\n

c. housing that is demolished or excluded from the legalization process.<\/p>\n

vi. court decision for families who lose their homes due to the implementation of the court decision;<\/p>\n

vii. act of verification from the local unit for Roma\/Egyptian families residing in apartments<\/p>\n

c) P\u00ebr v\u00ebrtetimin e kushteve familjare, sipas shkronj\u00ebs \u201cb\u201d, t\u00eb nenit 16, t\u00eb ligjit nr. 22\/2018, \u201cP\u00ebr strehimin social\u201d:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

i) certifikat\u00eb familjare;<\/p>\n

ii) court decision granting custody of the child or children for divorced couples.<\/p>\n

\u00e7) P\u00ebr v\u00ebrtetimin e kushteve sociale, sipas shkronj\u00ebs \u201cc\u201d, t\u00eb nenit 16, t\u00eb ligjit nr. 22\/2018, \u201cP\u00ebr strehimin social\u201d:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

i. v\u00ebrtetim i komisionit mjek\u00ebsor t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktimit t\u00eb aft\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb kufizuar p\u00ebr individ\u00eb me aft\u00ebsi t\u00ebkufizuara;<\/p>\n

ii. relevant certificate from the institution where he\/she was sheltered and orphan's booklet, issued by<\/p>\n

ii. relevant certificate from the institution where he\/she was sheltered and orphan's booklet, issued by the authorized state institution for individuals with orphan status;<\/p>\n

iii. document certifying that he\/she has become homeless as a result of the vacating of housing, former property of expropriated entities;<\/p>\n

iv. document issued by the relevant state institutions for persons who have the status<\/p>\n

\u201cimmigrant\u201d, \u201cmigrant worker\u201d and \u201casylum seeker\u201d;<\/p>\n

v. document issued by the relevant state institutions to the families of employees who have fallen in the line of duty, belonging to the State Police, the Guard of the Republic, the Service for Internal Affairs and Complaints at the Ministry of Interior, the Fire Protection and Rescue Service, the Armed Forces, the State Intelligence Service and the Prison Police;<\/p>\n

vi. protection order or immediate protection order, issued by the court for victims of domestic violence;<\/p>\n

vii. self-declaration whether the individual\/family belongs to the Roma or Egyptian national minority;<\/p>\n

viii. document issued by the relevant institutions for minors in conflict with the law;<\/p>\n

ix. self-declaration that he\/she belongs to the LGBTI group;<\/p>\n

x. confirmation by family certificate that the individual belongs to the girl-mother category.<\/p>\n

d) P\u00ebr v\u00ebrtetimin e kushteve ekonomike, sipas shkronj\u00ebs \u201c\u00e7\u201d, t\u00eb nenit 16, t\u00eb ligjit nr. 22\/2018,\u00a0\u201cP\u00ebr strehimin social\u201d:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

i. proof of net family income or a written statement from the applicant to that effect<\/p>\n

family income and its source, which must be attached to official documents proving it, including confirmation from the employer of the position and salary of the applicant and other family members who are in employment;<\/p>\n

iii. certificate from the assistance and care office at the local self-government units for family members included in the economic assistance and payment program for persons with disabilities;<\/p>\n

iv. certificate from the employment office of the relevant local unit for the persons involved in<\/p>\n

unemployment payment program;<\/p>\n

v. certificate from social security bodies for retired persons.<\/p>\n
