Sako theksoi se nj\u00eb nga prioritetet do t\u00eb jete forcimi i sh\u00ebrbimit t\u00eb pastrimit, bazuar\u00a0 n\u00eb legjislacionin n\u00eb fuqi duke filluar proceset e standartizimit t\u00eb mbetjeve p\u00ebr t\u00eb mos patur m\u00eb vatra mbetjesh n\u00eb k\u00ebto Nj\u00ebsi Administrative. Gjithashtu, nj\u00eb aspekt tjet\u00ebr ku ajo u ndal, ishte dhe pastrami i kanaleve kulluese n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me Bordin e Kullimit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.16px;\">Seanca e par\u00eb d\u00ebgjimore u hap me D\u00ebgjesen Publike\u00a0 p\u00ebr Paket\u00ebn Fiskale q\u00eb Bashkia ka parashikuar t\u00eb zbatoj\u00eb p\u00ebr periudh\u00ebn 2022-2024. Prezantimin mbi Paket\u00ebn Fiskale e b\u00ebri Drejtori i Tatim Taksave n\u00eb Bashkin\u00eb Durr\u00ebs, z. Luan Dajko. Ai foli mbi struktur\u00ebn e Paket\u00ebs Fiskale p\u00ebr periudh\u00ebn 2022 &#8211; 2024 dhe r\u00ebnd\u00ebsin\u00eb e pages\u00ebs s\u00eb taksave dhe tarifave vendore n\u00eb funksion t\u00eb ofrimit t\u00eb sh\u00ebrbimeve m\u00eb t\u00eb mira n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb territorin e Bashkis\u00eb Durr\u00ebs, ecurin\u00eb e t\u00eb ardhurave n\u00eb vite t\u00eb Bashkis\u00eb nga taksat e tarifat si dhe prezantoi problemet lidhur me menaxhimin e taksave tarifave nga administrata e Bashkis\u00eb, problemet q\u00eb lidhen me sistemin e faturimit dhe mbledhjes s\u00eb t\u00eb ardhurave, problemet me pages\u00ebn e detyrimeve sidomos nga familjet,(taksat e popullat\u00ebs, taksa e pasuris\u00eb), problemet me nivelin e informimit etj.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.16px;\">Nd\u00ebrsa, dy D\u00ebgjesat e tjera kishin si q\u00ebllim prezantimin e investimeve, projekteve dhe sh\u00ebrbimeve kryesore q\u00eb Bashkia ka parashikuar t\u00eb zbatoj\u00eb p\u00ebr periudh\u00ebn 2022-2024 p\u00ebr Programin \u201cInfrastruktura rrugore\u201d dhe Programin \u201cInvestimet n\u00eb Arsim p\u00ebr sistemin parashkollor, Arsimin 9-vjecar si dhe at\u00eb t\u00eb Mes\u00ebm\u201d dhe nj\u00eb D\u00ebgjes\u00eb ishte p\u00ebr projektet dhe sh\u00ebrbimet Sociale q\u00eb jan\u00eb planifikuar t\u00eb zbatohen p\u00ebr periudh\u00ebn 2022-2024 p\u00ebr komunitetin e Nj\u00ebsive Administrative Man\u00ebz, Sukth dhe Ish\u00ebm .<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.16px;\">Prezantimet p\u00ebr programin e Infrastruktur\u00ebs rrugore e b\u00ebri Drejtori i Projekteve dhe Infrastruktur\u00ebs Publike. z.Adnan Tocilja, i cili b\u00ebri nj\u00eb prezantim t\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha investimeve t\u00eb kryera gjat\u00eb vitit 2021 n\u00eb secil\u00ebn nga k\u00ebto tre Nj\u00ebsi\/Administrative. Ai, u ndal dhe n\u00eb investimet q\u00eb parashikohen t\u00eb b\u00ebhen p\u00ebr k\u00ebto 3\u00a0 Nj\u00ebsi Administrative gjat\u00eb periudh\u00ebs 2022-2024, duke mir\u00ebpritur \u00e7do propozim, sugjerim apo rekomandim nga ana e tyre.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.16px;\">Nd\u00ebrsa, prezantimin e tret\u00eb p\u00ebr programin e Arsimit parashkollor dhe atij parauniversitar, e prezantoi znj. Nikoleta Petro, Pergjegjese e Sektorit t\u00eb Arsimit n\u00eb Bashkine Durres. Znj. Petro, referoi p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjitha investimet e kryera n\u00eb Institucionet Arsimore gjat\u00eb vitit 2021 duke u ndalur kryesisht p\u00ebr cdo investim t\u00eb kryer n\u00eb k\u00ebto tre njesi administrative. Fokusi kryesor i investimeve n\u00eb arsim, ishte ai i procesit t\u00eb rind\u00ebrtimit sidomos t\u00eb zon\u00ebs s\u00eb Ishmit q\u00eb ishte dhe zona m\u00eb e prekur nga t\u00ebrmeti.\u00a0 M\u00eb pas u ndal dhe n\u00eb investimet q\u00eb parashikohen t\u00eb b\u00ebhen n\u00eb institucionet arsimore gjat\u00eb viteve 2022-2024. Gjat\u00eb fjal\u00ebs s\u00eb saj, znj.
