N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb mbledhje ku merrte pjes\u00eb kryetarja e bashkis\u00eb s\u00eb Durr\u00ebsit Emiriana Sako jan\u00eb miratuar disa vendime t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>P\u00ebr miratimin e disa shtesave n\u00eb aneksin nr. 1, bashk\u00eblidhur vendimit t\u00eb k\u00ebshillit bashkiak nr. 32, dat\u00eb 26.03.2021, \u201cp\u00ebr miratimin e list\u00ebs s\u00eb p\u00ebrfituesve nga programi i pro\u00e7esit t\u00eb rind\u00ebrtimit p\u00ebr 4 banesa kolektive, l.17, rruga &#8220;Lura&#8221;, pallatet nr.1&amp;3, dhe rruga &#8220;Ahmet Dakli&#8221;, pallatet nr.15&amp;23, t\u00eb d\u00ebmtuara nga fatkeq\u00ebsia natyrore e t\u00ebrmetit t\u00eb dat\u00ebs 26 n\u00ebntor 2019\u201d i ndryshuar.<\/li>\n<li>P\u00ebr miratimin e p\u00ebrdorimit t\u00eb fondit prej 3.000.000 (tremilion) lek\u00eb p\u00ebr objektin \u201cstudim projektimi parku urban Spitall\u00eb\u201d, nga fondi rezerv\u00eb i bashkis\u00eb Durr\u00ebs.<\/li>\n<li>P\u00ebr miratimin e nj\u00eb shtese n\u00eb aneksin 1, pjes\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebr\u00ebse e vendimit t\u00eb k\u00ebshillit bashkiak nr. 77, dat\u00eb 28.06.2021, i ndryshuar, p\u00ebrsa i p\u00ebrket list\u00ebs s\u00eb p\u00ebrfituesve nga programi i pro\u00e7esit t\u00eb rind\u00ebrtimit p\u00ebr pallatin nr.3,5,7, rruga \u201cBashkimi\u201d, pallati nr.1, rruga \u201cDemokracia\u201d, pallati nr. 2\/1, rruga \u201cProgresit\u201d, pallati nr. 6, rruga \u201cMilleniumi\u201d dhe pallati nr. 4, rruga \u201cMinier\u00ebs\u201d, n\u00eb nj\u00ebsin\u00eb administrative Man\u00ebz, t\u00eb d\u00ebmtuar nga fatkeq\u00ebsia natyrore e t\u00ebrmetit t\u00eb dat\u00ebs 26 n\u00ebntor 2019.<\/li>\n<li>P\u00ebr miratimin e list\u00ebs s\u00eb p\u00ebrfituesve nga programi i rind\u00ebrtimit n\u00eb nj\u00ebsit\u00eb administrative nr. 5, 6, Rrashbull, Katund i Ri dhe Man\u00ebz bashkia Durr\u00ebs, q\u00eb do t\u00eb p\u00ebrfitojn\u00eb nga programi i pro\u00e7esit t\u00eb rind\u00ebrtimit p\u00ebr banesat individuale t\u00eb d\u00ebmtuara nga fatkeq\u00ebsia natyrore e t\u00ebrmetit t\u00eb dat\u00ebs 26 n\u00ebntor 2019.<\/li>\n<li>P\u00ebr miratimin e p\u00ebrdorimit t\u00eb fondit prej 290.358.720 lek\u00eb p\u00ebr investimin me objektin \u201crehabilitimi i zon\u00ebs q\u00eb preket nga zgjerimi territorial i varrezave t\u00eb qytetit t\u00eb Durr\u00ebsit\u201d.<\/li>\n<li>P\u00ebr miratimin e nj\u00eb shtese n\u00eb aneksin 1, t\u00eb vendimit t\u00eb k\u00ebshillit bashkiak nr. 28, dat\u00eb 05.03.2021, i ndryshuar \u201cp\u00ebr miratimin e list\u00ebs s\u00eb p\u00ebrfituesve, q\u00eb do t\u00eb p\u00ebrfitojn\u00eb nga programi i pro\u00e7esit t\u00eb rind\u00ebrtimit p\u00ebr pallatin nr.458, rruga \u201cBajram Tusha\u201d, i d\u00ebmtuar nga fatkeq\u00ebsia natyrore e t\u00ebrmetit t\u00eb dat\u00ebs 26 n\u00ebntor 2019\u201d.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb mbledhje kryetarja e bashkis\u00eb s\u00eb Durr\u00ebsit Emiriana Sako sqaroi me holl\u00ebsi dy nga vendimet q\u00eb u miratuan lidhur me investimin q\u00eb do t\u00eb fillojn\u00eb s\u00eb shpejti p\u00ebr rehabilitimin e territorit ku do t\u00eb zgjerohen varrezat e qytetit si dhe projektin p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrtimin e nj\u00eb parku urban n\u00eb zon\u00ebn e Spitall\u00ebs: \u201cN\u00eb lidhje me vendimin q\u00eb u miratua p\u00ebr fondin e rehabilitimit t\u00eb zon\u00ebs ku do t\u00eb zgjerohet territori i varrezave t\u00eb reja mund t\u2019ju them se ne e kemi p\u00ebrfunduar procesin e shpron\u00ebsimit dhe kemi p\u00ebrfunduar edhe projektin p\u00ebr realizmin e nd\u00ebrhyrjes rehabilituese t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj zone. Do t\u00eb zbatojm\u00eb VKM e vitit 2014 p\u00ebr varrezat publike dhe m\u00ebnyra si projektohen ato. \u00cbsht\u00eb nj\u00eb sip\u00ebrfaqe prej 44 190 met\u00ebr katror. Territori i ri do t\u00eb sistemohet me rrug\u00eb kalimi, gjelb\u00ebrim dhe t\u00eb gjith\u00eb infrastruktur\u00ebn p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse. Nj\u00eb vendim tjet\u00ebr i r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm q\u00eb u miratua \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe fondi p\u00ebr projektin e rehabilitimit t\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00ebs q\u00eb u p\u00ebrfitua nga mbyllja e kanalit t\u00eb uj\u00ebrave t\u00eb larta t\u00eb Spitall\u00ebs.
