Të gjithë Familjet që plotësojnc kushtet për t’u trajtuar me BONUS Strehimi në bazë të Ligjit nr.22/2018 “Për Strehimin Social” si dhe V.K.M.nr.1093,datë 28.12.2015 “Miratimin e proçedurave, kritereve dhe përparësive për dhënien e bonusit të strehimit”duhen të dorëzojnë në BASHKI këto dokumenta:
DOKUMENTAT SHOQËRUESE PËR APLIKIMIN PER BONUS STREHIMI
Dokumentacioni që duhet të dorëzohet pranë Zyrës së Marrëdhënieve me Publikun Bashkia Durrës, Sporteli i Strehimit Social, dosja e çdo aplikanti duhet të përmbajë dokumentacionin që vërteton si më poshtë vijon:
a) Për të dhëna personale të aplikantit:
i. certifikatë e lindjes së aplikantit, me përjashtim të rasteve specifike kur individi/familja nukka regjistrim në gjendjen civile;
ii. certificate of residence in the local self-government unit where social housing is required, for families who have moved from other areas of the country.
b) For the verification of housing conditions, according to letter “a” of Article 16 of Law No. 22/2018, “On Social Housing”:
i. certificate from the State Cadastral Agency (former Local Real Estate Registration Office of Durrës) for the properties held in the name of each family member;
ii. certificate from the State Cadastral Agency (former Durrës Local Real Estate Registration Office) for the surface area of the property owned by the family or any of its members, when the dwelling has a surface area below the housing standards in force;
iii. vërtetim nga Agjensia Shtetërore e Kadastrës (ish zyra Vendore e Regjistrimit të Pronave të Paluajtshme Durrës)se nuk figuron e regjistruar asnjë pronë, e cila mund të përdoret edhe për strehim, për çdo anëtar të familjes, që kanë ndryshuar vendbanim për efekt punësimi;
iv. vërtetim nga Agjensia Shtetërore e Kadastrësqë aplikanti apo çdo pjestar tjetër i familjes në moshë madhore nuk ka aplikuar për legalizim banese.(origjinale)
v. verification act from the local unit for:
a. housing at risk of collapse;
b. cases where the family has been left homeless as a result of natural disasters;
c. housing that is demolished or excluded from the legalization process.
vi. court decision for families who lose their homes due to the implementation of the court decision;
vii. act of verification from the local unit for Roma/Egyptian families residing in apartments

c) Për vërtetimin e kushteve familjare, sipas shkronjës “b”, të nenit 16, të ligjit nr. 22/2018, “Për strehimin social”:
i) certifikatë familjare;
ii) court decision granting custody of the child or children for divorced couples.
ç) Për vërtetimin e kushteve sociale, sipas shkronjës “c”, të nenit 16, të ligjit nr. 22/2018, “Për strehimin social”:
i. vërtetim i komisionit mjekësor të përcaktimit të aftësisë së kufizuar për individë me aftësi tëkufizuara;
ii. relevant certificate from the institution where he/she was sheltered and orphan's booklet, issued by
ii. relevant certificate from the institution where he/she was sheltered and orphan's booklet, issued by the authorized state institution for individuals with orphan status;
iii. document certifying that he/she has become homeless as a result of the vacating of housing, former property of expropriated entities;
iv. document issued by the relevant state institutions for persons who have the status
“immigrant”, “migrant worker” and “asylum seeker”;
v. document issued by the relevant state institutions to the families of employees who have fallen in the line of duty, belonging to the State Police, the Guard of the Republic, the Service for Internal Affairs and Complaints at the Ministry of Interior, the Fire Protection and Rescue Service, the Armed Forces, the State Intelligence Service and the Prison Police;
vi. protection order or immediate protection order, issued by the court for victims of domestic violence;
vii. self-declaration whether the individual/family belongs to the Roma or Egyptian national minority;
viii. document issued by the relevant institutions for minors in conflict with the law;
ix. self-declaration that he/she belongs to the LGBTI group;
x. confirmation by family certificate that the individual belongs to the girl-mother category.
d) Për vërtetimin e kushteve ekonomike, sipas shkronjës “ç”, të nenit 16, të ligjit nr. 22/2018, “Për strehimin social”:
i. proof of net family income or a written statement from the applicant to that effect
family income and its source, which must be attached to official documents proving it, including confirmation from the employer of the position and salary of the applicant and other family members who are in employment;
ii. dokument nga organet tatimore dhe ato të sigurimeve shoqërore për derdhjen ekontributeve, për të gjithë anëtarët e vetëpunësuar të familjes;
iii. certificate from the assistance and care office at the local self-government units for family members included in the economic assistance and payment program for persons with disabilities;
iv. certificate from the employment office of the relevant local unit for the persons involved in
unemployment payment program;
v. certificate from social security bodies for retired persons.
Afati i paraqitjes/rifreskimit të dokumentacionit është deri më datë 16.02.2021 deri më 16.03.2021.
